Khadijah is an international trauma informed yoga instructor, social justice somatic practitioner, social worker, grounding /meditation specialist, and breath worker. Her speciality - the body. She specializes in addressing traumatic memories stored in the body and uses her expansive tools to |un|earth hidden traumas, in order to develop an intimate relationship with the body. khadijah received her MASTERS OF DIVINITY FROM UNION THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY (studying inter-religious engagement of Islam and christianity), double masters in clinical social work from columbia university, somatic practitioner education from peter lavine somatic experience program (ongoing), certificate in somatic social justice from the embodied lab, among other embodied certifications, that qualifies her as an somatic embodied practitioner with over 8yrs of experience. Khadijah believes that the body is a home of wisdom that can tell us everything we need to know about navigating the world around us. She will guide you while you |un|earth, and hold space for you as you encounter your highest self. Khadijah restores the relationship with the body, opening up a space of self love, body wisdom, intuitive knowledge, and ancestral knowing.
